Common Resources

Access To Recovery (ATR)

ATR is being implemented in Salt Lake, Utah and Weber Counties. It is a coordinated effort between the state Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) and the local counties charged with providing services to their residents. Any individual residing in one of these counties and who has a history of substance use qualifies for ATR services.

ATR focuses on providing non-traditional services to substance using individuals; however, does offer traditional services to those who qualify for the services and who choose them. Services for those paroled include:

  • Addiction Recovery
  • Housing
  • Medical Help
  • Mental Health
  • Transportation
