English Skills Learning Center

The English Skills Learning Center offers free Citizenship Classes to all people who are interested and qualified.  The classes prepare permanent residents for the citizenship exam. 95% of people in the class pass the test on the first try and 98% pass on the second try. The ESLC is the recipient of a grant from US. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) which allows classes to be free.
