CAPSA is a nonprofit domestic violence, sexual abuse, and rape recovery center serving Cache County and the Bear Lake area. We provide support services for women, men, and children impacted by abuse. All of our services are FREE and confidential.

New Hope Crisis Center, Box Elder
The New Hope Crisis Center's services are all-inclusive. We are committed to creating an environment that supports all persons, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, perceived or actual sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, marital status, national origin, or disability. Safe Harbor
Domestic abuse, sexual assault, stalking, and dating violence can happen to anyone, regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, income, or religious beliefs. Safe Harbor is a welcoming and safe space for everyone.
Safe Harbor is a nonprofit organization that provides shelter, supportive services, and advocacy to survivors in Davis County. We also provide education, awareness, and resources to our community.
Our dedication to these objectives reflects our belief in the right of all individuals to a self-determined life free of violence.
Since the doors to the shelter opened in 1997, our services have continued to grow and evolve to meet the complex needs of domestic violence survivors, sexual assault survivors, children impacted by violence, and our community.
